A large sleeping alcove is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while a second sleeping alcove features 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making the studio well-suited for a variety of guest configurations. The property comprises 1 bedroom arrangement across these alcoves and 1 bathroom, complemented by a separate WC. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the studio layout and provides a practical and well-equipped cooking space.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
