This vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 33 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is furnished with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat screen TV, and provides direct access to the private terrace. The 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and also opens directly onto the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The terrace spans 15 m2, is furnished with terrace furniture, and offers a very beautiful view of the sea.

Air conditioning is available in the bedroom, while electric heating serves the entire apartment. The kitchen is well appointed with a microwave, a dishwasher, and a full selection of cooking appliances as described in the layout. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
