The kitchen and living area form a single, well-appointed space that opens directly onto a private terrace of 50 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a very beautiful view of the port.

The studio is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen area features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. For climate comfort, the property offers both air conditioning and electric heating. The living area includes a flat-screen television, available in French-language programming only. Entertainment and connectivity are further supported by complimentary WiFi internet access. For laundry needs, a washing machine and a dryer are available, along with an iron and a hair dryer.

The studio is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. A parking space numbered 840 is available approximately 550 metres from the property. Guests should be aware that the television reception is available in French only. As noted, the sleeping area is situated in an open-plan alcove rather than a fully enclosed bedroom.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
