The studio opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 8 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a lovely view of the sea. The kitchenette is well appointed, featuring 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo). The bathroom is a shower/WC configuration.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
