This vacation rental is a thoughtfully designed 1-room studio of 23 m2, situated on the 1st floor of the "Le Village (C8 245)" residence. The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests, making it an ideal retreat for 2 adults and 2 children. The studio features 1 sleeping area and 1 bathroom, arranged in a practical and welcoming open-plan layout that was fully renovated in 2021 with beautiful and cosy furnishings throughout.

The living area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable sleeping solution within the main space. A dedicated sleeping alcove provides additional accommodation in the form of 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically within the alcove configuration. The studio opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 8 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a lovely view of the sea. The kitchenette is well appointed, featuring 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo). The bathroom is a shower/WC configuration.

The studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate comfort is well catered for, as the property benefits from air conditioning as well as electric heating. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
