The kitchenette is fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged, while the bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring added convenience for all guests.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette offers an excellent range of appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra. In the living room, a flat-screen television provides entertainment, and a fan is available for additional comfort. Electric heating keeps the apartment warm throughout your stay, and pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted. The terrace, accessible directly from the living room, is furnished and offers scenic views of the sea and the swimming pool, creating a perfect outdoor retreat.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
