The living area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping and relaxing space for adults. A dedicated sleeping alcove houses 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal arrangement for younger guests. The studio comprises 1 bedroom configuration across its compact yet functional layout and 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with a ceramic glass hob hotplate, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules available as an extra. Direct access from the studio leads to a roofed terrace of 14 m2, oriented toward both north and west-facing positions, furnished with terrace furniture and offering stunning views of the mountains and golf course.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
