A kitchenette is fully integrated into the layout, offering 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Direct access from the living area leads to a roofed terrace of 12 m2, north facing, furnished with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the mountains and golf course.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
