The living room is furnished with 1 pull-out bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, and opens directly onto a south-facing terrace of 8 m2 equipped with terrace furniture, making it an ideal space for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic surroundings. The 1 dedicated bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment also includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

Amenities Included

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedroom, providing a pleasant atmosphere throughout the warmer months, while electric heating ensures warmth during cooler periods. The kitchenette is outfitted with a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A flat screen television is provided in the living room for entertainment. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming a maximum of 1 small pet or dog. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for the safety of all guests.

The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is reserved for non-smokers only. Capsules for the Senseo coffee machine are also available at an additional cost.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
