From the living room, you have direct access to both the terrace and the patio. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit, also with direct exit to the terrace and the patio. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the apartment layout and is equipped with 3 hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring practicality and privacy for all guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
