The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to offer comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room benefits from a south facing position and is equipped with a sliding door that opens directly onto the terrace. This welcoming space includes 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it suitable for additional guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, a sleeping alcove houses 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate room with a panoramic window and a south facing position contains 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with bath and WC serves the upper floor. The apartment was fully renovated in 2022 and is presented with modern and tasteful furnishings throughout. A terrace of 16 m2 with both south and west facing orientations is accessible from both levels and offers views of the sea and golf course.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Climate comfort is well provided for, as air conditioning is available in both the living room and the upper floor bedroom, while forced-air heating on the ground floor and electric heating on the upper floor ensure warmth throughout the colder months. A flat screen television is installed in the living room for your entertainment. In the kitchen area, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a full set of cooking appliances are at your disposal. A washing machine is also available within the property. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted. A baby cot is available for children up to 2 years of age and can be arranged for an additional charge. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
